Talent Acquisition Associate (Recruiter)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruitment across multiple departments. This full‑time, hybrid position is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the employer brand.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews and preparing materials.
• Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
