Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment who wants to grow in a fast‑paced environment while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment events and career fairs to promote the employer brand.
• Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including preparing interview materials and managing candidate communications.
• Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
