Tax and Treasury Manager

About the role

The Tax and Treasury Manager will lead tax compliance, planning and treasury activities, ensuring accurate reporting and effective cash management across the organization. This role supports operational efficiency, risk mitigation and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance, planning and filing of income tax, VAT, withholding tax and other indirect taxes.
• Collaborate with tax advisers to prepare transfer‑pricing documentation and compute income tax for all entities.
• Ensure accuracy of tax schedules in the HFM pack.
• Oversee tax audits, appeals and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain banking relationships, signing mandates and oversee all cash and banking transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or CPA finalist.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Tax or Treasury functions.
• Advanced analytical and accounting skills with ability to operate an ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Eligibility to work in the country of employment.
