Team Leader – Alternative Channels (Insurance Sales)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused Team Leaders to join the Alternative Channels team at Liberty Life. The role involves leading Sales Officers who are seconded to strategic business partners, driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, mentor and supervise Sales Officers to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organisations to support business growth.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance, conduct field visits, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Insurance Regulatory Authority regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit timely sales and performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or related field (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum three years’ leadership experience in retail life‑insurance sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets.
• Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) licence.
