Tech Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead who will own both the technical quality of our solutions and the delivery of client engagements. You will embed with client development teams, clarify complex problems, and implement operating models that enable them to become self‑sufficient.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery with senior developers and CTOs, impose structure on vague situations, and drive end‑to‑end adoption.
• Set the technical bar by designing agent systems, defining context, orchestration, and observability, and making build‑or‑buy decisions.
• Train client developers to become independent operators and upskill their leads to coach the rest of the team.
• Define and enforce engineering standards used by the founding engineering team.

Required profile

• Senior engineer capable of earning the trust of skeptical teams and leading change without causing resistance.
• Proven ability to ship production‑grade software and teach others without day‑to‑day supervision.
• Strong, opinionated perspective on AI in production and realistic about its limitations.
