Technical Account Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

Marvelsoft is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support and manage its existing and potential customer and partner base in Hong Kong. The role works closely with internal support, development, and business teams to deliver high‑quality technical support for the company’s trading technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Marvelsoft software, configuration files, integration points and business flows to assist in issue investigation.
• Perform application system checks, identify and resolve issues before they impact customers.
• Escalate issues to team leaders and management as appropriate.
• Organise and conduct technical sessions with current and potential clients.
• Prioritise, log and update issues in Jira.
• Maintain relationships by collaborating with customer support and technical teams.
• Deliver projects on time with proper documentation and communication.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, manage calls and status reports.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines and milestones, and validate internally.
• Recommend appropriate technical solutions and provide pre‑sales technical support.
• Respond to client email and phone requests, investigate and resolve reported issues.

Required profile

• Computer Science or IT‑related degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Desire to learn technical and business aspects of customer workflows.
• Logical problem‑solving and troubleshooting mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
