About the role
We are looking for a Technical Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to our operational teams. This part‑time, home‑based position works 20 hours per week (10 am‑2 pm, Monday‑Friday) and involves occasional visits to our offices.
Key responsibilities
- Produce accurate task briefing sheets to aid project planning and safe delivery.
- Create, manage and maintain documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Lists, Teams, Forms and SharePoint.
- File relevant documentation accurately in the appropriate systems and locations.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams while championing safety, wellbeing, quality and efficiency.
Required profile
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Lists, Teams, Forms and SharePoint.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
