Technical Program Manager – Digital Health

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the implementation and scale‑up of digital health solutions in Kenya. The role provides technical leadership, coordinates with government, technology partners and cross‑functional Living Goods teams, and ensures successful delivery and sustainability of community health digital systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and continuously improve community health digital systems in partnership with government and technology partners.
• Lead implementation planning, technical working sessions and progress reviews, tracking actions and addressing challenges.
• Ensure technical quality of projects, validate system designs, configurations, integrations, reports, dashboards and workflows with national and county stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation readiness activities such as deployment planning, infrastructure preparation, training, support and transition.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies; escalate and resolve with Ministry of Health, counties, partners and internal teams.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly digital health reports and represent the Digital Health function in internal meetings.
• Maintain productive relationships with national government stakeholders, implementing partners, donors and technology partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing technical leadership for digital health initiatives.
• Strong ability to coordinate with government agencies, technology partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in risk, issue and stakeholder management within large‑scale program implementations.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and representing the organization in technical working groups.
