Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hybrid Technical Project Manager to act as the single point of contact between clients and our engineering teams. You will combine deep technical knowledge of datacenter hardware, power, and cooling with strong client‑facing skills to drive seamless project delivery and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from onboarding and scoping to deployment and remote‑hands operations.
• Translate client technical requirements into actionable tasks for engineering and operations teams.
• Manage project budgets, vendor RMAs, and draft Statements of Work (SOW).
• Lead a technical team, conduct regular 1:1s, and handle resource planning.
• Ensure high‑touch client experience and operational excellence throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in datacenter operations, infrastructure management, or technical account management.
• Hands‑on expertise with server hardware, structured cabling, and power/cooling systems.
• Expert‑level familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Proven leadership ability to manage technical teams and drive project success.
• Business acumen in budgeting, vendor management, and SOW creation.
