Technical Sales and Marketing Professional

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Technical Sales and Marketing Professional to lead the promotion and sale of our structural steel product range. You will work closely with customers in the construction and engineering sectors, ensuring strong relationships and meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily sales and marketing activities for steel products.
• Maintain and grow strong customer relationships.
• Promote and sell roof structures, pressed steel water tanks, and fuel storage solutions.
• Achieve a minimum monthly sales volume of KES 4 million.

Required profile

• Diploma minimum qualification.
• 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience in steel structure projects, preferably with water and fuel tank sales.
• Proven experience in sales training and team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Knowledge of structural steel products and applications.
• Familiarity with roof structures, water tanks and fuel storage solutions.
