Technical Trainer – Multiple Specializations

About the role

Ol'lessos National Polytechnic is seeking entry‑level Technical Trainers to deliver Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) across a range of specialised programmes. The role involves preparing learners for industry standards and supporting their practical skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, competence‑based training aligned with the approved TVET curriculum and industry standards.
• Prepare and implement effective learning plans and pedagogical tools.
• Facilitate hands‑on training and assessments.
• Develop, administer, and evaluate assessments.
• Supervise and mentor trainees in projects and professional practice.
• Maintain academic records and training reports.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Automotive Engineering / Automotive Technology for automotive specialization.
• Diploma or HND in Welding & Fabrication, Welding Technology, or Mechanical Engineering (Production) for welding specialization.
• Degree or HND in Land Surveying for surveying specialization.
• Diploma or HND in Plumbing or Water Engineering Technology for plumbing specialization.
• Bachelor’s or HND in Cosmetology for cosmetology specialization.
• Diploma in Food and Beverage for hospitality food & beverage specialization.
• Diploma in Fashion and Design for fashion specialization.
