About the role

Join our team to engage customers through outbound calls, introduce our IT and telecom products, and drive sales conversions.

Key responsibilities

Proactively contact assigned leads and existing customers, follow a scripted process to identify needs and intent.
Explore client business scenarios, pain points, budget and decision‑making chain, and categorize leads by intent level.
Explain product features, pricing and promotions, address questions, and guide customers toward trial, demo, appointment, contract signing or order placement.
