TikTok Content Creator & Graphics Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative TikTok Content Sales Creator and Graphics Designer to join our marketing team at Mtunda, an e‑commerce platform operating in East Africa. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in our CBD office, focusing on producing engaging short‑form video content and eye‑catching graphics that drive product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging TikTok video content that aligns with Mtunda’s brand and promotes products.
• Develop compelling graphics for digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns.
• Track and analyse content performance metrics.
• Continuously optimise content to increase engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Proficiency in TikTok content creation and video editing.
• Experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of sales‑driven content and audience engagement on digital platforms.
• Ability to track, measure and analyse performance data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field (advantage).
