About the role
Petanns Driving and Computer College, Kenya’s leading driving school, is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to oversee its fleet of instructional vehicles. The role involves coordinating vehicle allocation, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across all parking facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate vehicles to qualified instructors and branches based on operational needs.
- Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated lots and that parking yards remain clean.
- Prepare and maintain weekly instructor‑allocation timetables.
- Monitor and reduce incidents and accidents involving instructional vehicles.
- Maintain comprehensive vehicle records, including inspection reports, insurance documents, and speed governor data.
- Develop and manage the maintenance and service budget.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma holder.
- Certification in fleet management.
- Minimum two years of experience in a busy transport environment.
