TukTuk & Motorbike Sales Representative (3 positions)

About the role

This position involves promoting and selling company products to retail outlets, kiosks and general trade customers across Nairobi. You will work on a designated territory, delivering products safely and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and service new and existing customers to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver products on time, verify deliveries and obtain customer acknowledgements.
• Plan and execute efficient sales routes, ensuring all assigned outlets are visited as scheduled.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback on customer needs.
• Support payment collection where applicable and maintain accurate sales, delivery and stock records.
• Ensure the assigned tuk‑tuk or motorcycle is well‑maintained and complies with traffic and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum KCSE certificate.
• Proven experience in tuk‑tuk, motorbike or FMCG field sales.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building customer loyalty.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi routes and general trade distribution channels.
• Valid tuk‑tuk driving licence and/or motorcycle riding licence.

Required skills

• Valid driving licence for tuk‑tuk or motorcycle.
