TukTuk & Motorcycle Sales Representatives (5 openings)

About the role

We are looking for energetic TukTuk and Motorcycle Sales Representatives to join our distribution team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for promoting and delivering our consumable products to a variety of trade outlets while meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and distribute company consumable products to retail shops, kiosks, wholesalers and other general trade outlets.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned territories.
• Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure timely product deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular route visits and monitor stock levels at customer outlets.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints and feedback promptly.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing and customer trends.
• Maintain accurate sales, delivery and stock accountability records.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a TukTuk or motorcycle sales representative or in a similar field sales role.
• Proven track record in distributing and selling products within the general trade market.
• Valid riding license for motorcycle, TukTuk or both.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi routes and surrounding market areas.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned sales targets.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
