Tuktuk Sales Representative - Lamu

About the role

Treasure Communications Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell TukTuk vehicles in the Lamu region. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals, field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable TukTuk options.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, convert leads into sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent post‑sale service.
• Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Education background in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, confident, energetic and self‑motivated.
• A valid driving/riding licence is an advantage.
