About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on UI/UX Designer who can lead, prototype, and continuously evolve digital products. The role blends strategic thinking with a passion for mentoring a design team and delivering elegant user experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional partners to define project needs and drive progress.
- Establish design standards, create guidelines, and codify best practices for the team.
- Conceptualize, iterate, prototype, and test solutions to deliver strategic and simple designs.
- Simplify complex systems through experimentation and distillation.
- Ground design decisions in deep client understanding and strategic insights.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading design teams to ship high‑impact digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and mentor designers, providing clear direction.
- Strong track record of overcoming roadblocks and fostering inventive solutions.
- Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to communicate process and impact.
