UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on UI/UX Designer who can lead, prototype, and continuously evolve digital products. The role blends strategic thinking with a passion for mentoring a design team and delivering elegant user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional partners to define project needs and drive progress.
• Establish design standards, create guidelines, and codify best practices for the team.
• Conceptualize, iterate, prototype, and test solutions to deliver strategic and simple designs.
• Simplify complex systems through experimentation and distillation.
• Ground design decisions in deep client understanding and strategic insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design teams to ship high‑impact digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and mentor designers, providing clear direction.
• Strong track record of overcoming roadblocks and fostering inventive solutions.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to communicate process and impact.
