About the role
Provide specialist advice and support for sales and distribution while safeguarding risk, delivering excellent customer experience, and driving Islamic banking growth within the branch network.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Islamic banking business growth in the branch by implementing strategic initiatives, acquiring new customers and expanding wallet share.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and internal risk policies while managing portfolio risk within the bank’s appetite.
- Maintain high‑quality customer experience by meeting turnaround‑time targets for account onboarding, loan processing and query handling.
- Collaborate with product, asset finance, CIB and bancassurance teams to cross‑sell products and develop branch sales strategies.
Required profile
- Business‑related degree from a recognized university.
- Experience in Islamic banking and familiarity with retail and business banking products.
- Strong knowledge of Muslim banking culture and the competitive landscape of Islamic banks.
