U.S. Payroll Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a U.S. Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding and configure payroll solutions for U.S.-based customers. The role combines project management, technical payroll setup, and client training within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding and payroll implementation projects.
• Configure U.S. payroll settings, taxes, deductions, and processing rules.
• Review and validate employee and payroll data for accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on payroll platforms and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and configuration issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience with U.S. payroll, including tax and deduction management.
• Direct experience working with U.S. clients on payroll implementation.
• Background in onboarding, payroll setup, or account configuration.
• Proficiency with Payroll/HRIS systems.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and data‑analysis capability.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
