Volunteer Digital Marketer

About the role

The THRIVE Project is seeking a motivated Volunteer Digital Marketer to support its sustainability mission. You will work remotely with a global, non‑profit team to develop and execute digital campaigns that inspire action for a thrivable future.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Reddit.
• Create, optimise and monitor campaigns for search engines, social media, email and other digital channels.
• Analyse performance data using analytics tools and produce optimisation recommendations.
• Manage content creation, scheduling and distribution for all digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall goals.
• Monitor website performance, user experience and SEO strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media or a related field.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in a digital marketing role or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proactive, self‑managed and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
