Volunteer Faculty – Marketing (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Africa Nazarene University seeks a dedicated Volunteer Faculty member to teach and develop its Marketing programme. This full‑time, on‑site position will support undergraduate and graduate students through curriculum design, instruction, and research mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement high‑quality Marketing curriculum and course outlines.
• Prepare and deliver both contact‑learning and online teaching materials, including lectures, assignments, and field activities.
• Design learning assessment plans and evaluate student performance.
• Supervise undergraduate, graduate, internship and research projects.
• Conduct and publish research in specialist areas, contribute to grant writing and collaborations.
• Advise students on academic and career matters.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, industrial linkages and market outreach activities.
• Support departmental administrative and field operations.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant field or a Master’s degree with PhD candidacy at the final data‑collection stage.
• Minimum three years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and research skills.
