About the role
We are looking for a courteous and professional waiter to join our team in Westlands. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from greeting to farewell. This full‑time role offers the chance to develop your hospitality skills in a vibrant restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Process bills and payments when required.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
