Warehouse Clerk – Stock and Logistics (Embu das Artes)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Clerk to join our distribution centre in Embu das Artes. You will be the guardian of inventory and logistics, ensuring that goods are received, verified and stored correctly while supporting the smooth operation of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage the entire receiving process, checking for any non‑conformities in quality, quantity and transport at the moment of unloading.
• Complete and maintain receiving control spreadsheets.
• Report any non‑conformities to the team leader.
• Monitor the loading of various materials.
• Conduct stock counts of products and materials when required.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Completed high school education.
• Residence near the workplace or easy access to the site.
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse or stock management.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and able to work well in a team.
