Warehouse & Inventory Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations across multiple locations. This senior‑level leader will ensure accurate stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and drive operational excellence through strong team leadership and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and monitor lagging and leading KPIs for inventory, shrinkage, turnover and warehouse flow.
• Oversee inventory management systems, cycle counts, full inventories and integration projects across all sites.
• Develop and implement shrinkage control strategies, analyze loss reports and collaborate with Finance.
• Hire, manage and develop local warehouse managers, conduct training and foster a culture of accountability.
• Create and enforce SOPs, optimize workflows, manage staffing and act as liaison with vendors.
• Prepare performance reports for senior leadership and use analytics to guide improvements.

Required profile

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of multi‑location warehouse and inventory management experience with proven leadership.
• Experience integrating new companies into inventory systems and strong knowledge of ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Preferred background in plumbing, drains or HVAC.

Required skills

• Inventory control systems and ERP software.
• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Computer‑based inventory management systems.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Valid driver’s license with limited violations.
