Warehouse Manager – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the efficient receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials and consumables, ensuring inventory accuracy and uninterrupted production. The role demands strong organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and manage paper reel handling equipment to prevent damage.
• Monitor stock levels, trigger timely replenishment, and oversee rejection procedures for damaged or non‑conforming materials.
• Identify bottlenecks, lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, and optimise warehouse space utilisation.
• Control warehouse costs, drive cost‑saving projects, and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management or related field.
• 4–5 years of warehouse management experience, specifically with paper reels and Kraft paper storage standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, WMS implementation, and logistics processes.
