Warehouse Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

Cube Movers is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Sales & Marketing Representative to drive B2B sales of storage and fulfillment services in Nairobi. The role combines prospecting, client consulting, and coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source B2B leads requiring inventory storage and fulfillment services through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Manage sales turnaround times from inquiry to contract, ensuring rapid follow‑up.
• Conduct site surveys, calculate handling costs, and recommend appropriate storage dimensions.
• Guide prospects through the facility, showcasing security infrastructure and self‑storage options.
• Partner with finance and warehouse managers to design custom pricing models and negotiate terms.
• Process sales agreements, collect payments, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Cross‑sell packing supplies and upsell insurance for high‑value goods.
• Maintain long‑term customer relationships and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, market challenges, and support needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing or similar services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer focus with consultative selling and needs‑assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
