About the role
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing the flow of goods in and out of the facility, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. This role works closely with logistics and procurement teams to support timely order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying that all goods match delivery notes and inventory records.
- Organize and maintain storage areas to maximize space utilization while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, identifying and correcting discrepancies in the inventory system.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to coordinate preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in supply chain management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or receiving.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience using barcode scanning equipment.
