About the role

The Recovery Driver will operate company vehicles to support recovery agents in repossessing assets across Kenya. This full‑time position requires safe driving, vehicle upkeep, and reliable transport of personnel and documents.

Key responsibilities

Maintain assigned vehicles in clean, safe condition and report any damage or mechanical issues.
Conduct daily and weekly vehicle inspections and ensure timely servicing.
Transport recovery agents to various locations and deliver or collect required documents.
Complete and file all paperwork accurately each day.
Observe road safety regulations and report any traffic offences or vehicle damages.
Monitor vehicle licence and insurance expiry dates and inform the supervisor.
Work flexible shifts (6:00 am‑3:00 pm or 9:00 am‑6:00 pm) as required.

Required profile

Valid driving licence and completion of a recognized driving institution.
Minimum three years continuous driving experience.
Good teamwork, communication and report‑writing abilities.
Computer literacy and basic organisational skills.
