About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in Westlands, Kenya. The role focuses on ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and upholding safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks to maximise productivity.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control and order processing.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement and dispatch activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of warehouse operations.
• Enforce health, safety and compliance standards within the warehouse.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Mid‑level professional.
• Female candidates.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Knowledge of logistics, procurement and supply‑chain processes.
• Ability to organise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
