Warehouse Support Crew

About the role

The Warehouse Support Crew is responsible for assembling furniture, handling stock, and supporting store operations to ensure products are delivered and displayed in excellent condition. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Nairobi and plays a key part in maintaining warehouse efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble furniture accurately following manufacturer guidelines, using appropriate tools and ensuring structural stability.
• Inspect all items for defects, damages or missing parts before and after assembly or delivery, and report any issues.
• Assist in receiving, off‑loading, sorting and organizing incoming stock, ensuring safe handling and proper storage.
• Support periodic stock counts and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload deliveries safely, using proper stacking and securing techniques.
• Accompany delivery teams when required, helping with off‑site assembly and basic customer setup.
• Set up and arrange showroom displays according to visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment in both warehouse and showroom areas.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or practical experience in warehouse operations, store support, furniture assembly or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nairobi on a full‑time basis.
