About the role
The consultant will design and deliver two cohorts of a four‑part virtual webinar series on burnout prevention, recovery and sustainable wellbeing for UNICEF staff. The programme aims to equip participants with evidence‑based tools to understand burnout, build resilience, regulate stress and reconnect with purpose in both professional and personal contexts.
Key responsibilities
- Customize webinar content to align with the UNICEF context and audience.
- Deliver eight interactive 90‑minute virtual webinars covering burnout awareness, stress regulation, resilience and purpose.
- Develop participant materials, reflection exercises and practical wellbeing tools to support learning between sessions.
- Incorporate interactive methodologies that encourage participation and application of learning.
- Coordinate with the Regional Staff Counsellor on planning, scheduling and delivery requirements.
- Provide a brief final report summarising activities, participation, key themes and recommendations for sustaining staff wellbeing.
- Facilitate a debrief session with the Regional Staff Counsellor to review feedback and identify opportunities for future programming.
Required profile
- Advanced degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Organizational Psychology or a related mental‑health field.
- Minimum seven years of experience in mental‑health, staff wellbeing, burnout prevention, resilience building or psychosocial support.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating webinars, workshops or group interventions on burnout, stress management and wellbeing.
- Experience working within the United Nations system or other complex multicultural international organisations.
- Strong understanding of workplace wellbeing challenges in humanitarian, development or high‑pressure operational settings.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
