About the role

Rubis Energy Kenya, a fast-growing energy company in East Africa that distributes and markets petroleum products and LPG and is part of the global Rubis Group, is inviting applications for its 2026 Young Graduate Trainee Programme. It is an intensive 18-month leadership development journey that combines technical capability building, commercial exposure and leadership development across key business functions, with cross-functional rotations, local training and regional exposure.

Required profile

• Upper Second-Class degree or above, graduated within the last 2 years
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain, IT, Legal or a related field
• Minimum KCSE mean grade of B+
• Age of 26 years and below
