Zoho One Administrator (Full‑stack)

About the role

Fedha Group is seeking a Zoho One specialist to take full ownership of its Zoho environment across four entities. The role will start with auditing and completing the existing Finance and CRM configurations and will lead the implementation of the remaining modules, culminating in a group‑wide go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the current Zoho Books and Zoho CRM setup, close gaps, and perform data migration and multi‑entity configuration.
• Configure and deploy Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Social, Zoho SalesIQ and Forms for leasing and client pipelines.
• Design and build a custom Property Management application in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting.
• Set up Zoho FSM and Zoho Desk for facilities and maintenance management, including asset registers and vendor workflows.
• Create cross‑module dashboards in Zoho Analytics with live KPI monitoring.
• Integrate Zoho Books with external banking and ride‑hauling platforms via Zoho Flow and REST APIs.
• Manage user provisioning, SSO (Zoho Directory), Zoho Vault and WorkDrive governance.
• Deliver user training, lead UAT, and support the hyper‑care period post‑go‑live.
• Transition to ongoing administration, governance and continuous improvement of the Zoho suite.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing and administering Zoho One across multiple business units.
• Strong understanding of finance, CRM, HR, sales & marketing, and facilities processes.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nairobi and travel to group properties as needed.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
