About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and cash management within our retail business.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Prepare monthly tax returns and statutory remittances.
- Prepare creditors’ aging analysis and reconcile supplier statements.
- Maintain accurate management accounts and financial reports.
- Oversee full accounting operations including payables, receivables, banking, and cash controls.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field and CPA‑K qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Required skills
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERPs.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
