Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer

About the role

The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate financial records through reconciliation of invoices, credit‑card transactions, and supplier payments. You will work on‑site in Nairobi supporting a global, international company.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and reconcile customer excess payments to ensure accurate settlement.
• Process and upload supplier invoices in NetSuite, ensuring correct coding and approvals.
• Reconcile corporate credit‑card expenses across cost centres.
• Assist the Accounts Payable team by addressing invoice and payment queries.
• Maintain client and supplier master data for accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Willing to work on‑site in Nairobi and adapt to non‑traditional local office hours.
• Excited about a global opportunity with an international company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Open to a salary range of KSh 50,000–KSh 60,000 per month.
