Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Acquisition Executive is responsible for contacting, engaging, onboarding, and activating new clients. The main goal is to convert assigned leads into funded and active trading clients by providing timely follow‑up, understanding client needs, explaining the company’s products and services, and supporting clients through their first trade.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with new leads assigned through the company’s CRM.
• Understand prospective clients’ needs, interests, and trading objectives.
• Explain the company’s forex and financial products clearly and professionally.
• Assist clients with account registration, verification, and funding.
• Record all client interactions, follow‑ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or call‑centre operations.
• Experience working with a CRM system is an advantage.
