Acquisition Marketing Manager – Growth Partners Network

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B acquisition marketer to lead the growth of our mortgage broker network. Based in London, you will act as the digital champion for the Growth Partners value proposition, using performance‑driven channels to attract and convert new broker partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi‑channel, digital‑first acquisition strategy to build a predictable pipeline of mortgage brokers.
• Own the full funnel—from awareness to application—including landing‑page optimisation, SEO, CRO and automated referral programmes.
• Manage acquisition budgets with a CPA focus, run A/B tests, and continuously optimise ad creative, audience segments and offers.
• Collaborate with PR, events and internal sales teams to amplify earned media, create hybrid event strategies and map the broker’s digital journey.
• Track, measure and report on KPIs such as new sign‑ups, CPA, CTR, conversion rates and ROI, delivering weekly dashboards and data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of growing memberships or acquiring partners in a professional‑services or financial‑services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
