About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Admin Supervisor to lead our driver team and manage all administrative aspects of vehicle operations. The role combines team leadership, problem‑solving, and financial analysis to ensure smooth daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and communicate with the driver team to guarantee efficient daily operations.
- Identify and resolve internal administrative issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain and update the vehicle ledger with accurate records of usage and maintenance.
- Conduct cost analysis for vehicle operations and related administrative expenses, highlighting savings opportunities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks, including temporary project work and support for other branch positions as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
- 3–4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in an administrative setting.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in Kajiado.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
