About the role
The Administrator – Internal Audit provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Group Internal Audit function. Acting as the primary liaison between the Director, internal teams, external vendors and customers, this role ensures smooth audit planning, execution, reporting and governance oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Director, managing enquiries via phone, email and in‑person and escalating when necessary.
- Support audit planning and tracking, monitor assignment timelines and report issuance schedules.
- Coordinate preparation and collation of Board Audit Risk & Compliance Committee (BARCC) papers and liaise with the risk and compliance function.
- Handle whistleblowing materials, sensitive investigations and privileged documents with strict confidentiality.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, arrange logistics and prepare itineraries for local and international travel.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for the Director’s office.
- Process expenses, credit‑card returns, purchase requisitions and other finance‑related tasks as directed.
- Draft routine correspondence on behalf of the Director and oversee incoming/outgoing mail handling.
- Attend management meetings, record minutes, summarize actions and track follow‑up items.
- Provide administrative support for events and projects managed by the segment/function.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within an audit or finance environment.
- Strong understanding of internal audit processes and IIA standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills to interact with senior management, internal departments and external stakeholders.
