About the role

As an Admission Consultant for Sub‑Saharan Africa, you will guide individuals seeking a career change toward our tech‑focused bootcamps and university‑partner programs. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching candidates' goals with the right courses and supporting them through the enrollment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage qualified leads and advise them on suitable bootcamp or university program options.
• Understand each prospect’s education background, career aspirations, and technical interests.
• Manage the end‑to‑end customer relationship from lead assignment through enrollment.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales and education teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of solution‑based consultation or sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated by the impact of tech education on people’s lives.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours when required.
