Commission Sales Associate

About the role

All Things Programming (ALLTP) is an EdTech startup delivering AI, coding, robotics and innovation programmes for learners from Kindergarten to Grade 12 across Kenya and Africa. As a Commission Sales Associate you will introduce parents, schools and community groups to the value of technology education and enrol students into our live, tutor‑led programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential parents, schools and learning groups through online and offline channels.
• Promote ALLTP programmes at events, exhibitions and community outreach activities.
• Generate leads, maintain accurate records and convert them into paying students.
• Build and nurture relationships with schools, parents and community organisations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Comfortable speaking with parents, school administrators and community leaders.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and social‑media platforms.
• Passion for education, technology and youth development.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
