After-Sales Marketer (Automotive Sales)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time After-Sales Marketer for automotive sales, based in Nairobi and Bungoma. The role covers marketing campaigns, business development and follow-up on after-sales transactions such as parts, service and body building.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and devise strategies to improve business development.
• Carry out market research to identify promotion and growth opportunities.
• Develop, coordinate and support marketing activities for parts, service and body building.
• Follow up after-sales transactions to avoid delays and speed up delivery of parts to customers.
• Respond calmly and friendly to online and telephone queries, and liaise with Parts, Service and Body Building departments and customers to deliver services within time limits.
• Contact interested clients for truck body refurbishment and new bodies, and search for vehicle buyers locally and abroad.
• Lobby for contracts supplying spare parts, service and maintenance to businesses, government agencies and private establishments.
• Prepare reports on departmental progress and areas needing improvement.
• Oversee client orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased units.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, Automotive Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development or customer relationship management.
• Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
