AI Operations Coordinator – Claude

About the role

We are seeking an AI Operations Coordinator to drive AI adoption and operational transformation across our business. Based in Kenya and working fully remotely, you will design and implement AI‑powered workflows that boost efficiency and productivity. This role blends AI innovation, process improvement, and digital marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI‑driven improvements to operational processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑powered prompts, templates, workflows, and documentation using Claude or similar platforms.
• Research emerging AI tools and evaluate their practical applications.
• Create training materials and guide users in adopting AI solutions.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media scheduling, content creation, and campaign support.
• Manage website updates, marketing collateral, and online business listings.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI operations, business/process improvement, digital or marketing operations, or workflow automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude or comparable AI platforms delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop AI prompts, templates, workflows, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Self‑motivated, independent worker comfortable in distributed teams.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and commitment to continuous learning.
