AI Product Manager – Agentic Platform

About the role

We are turning Scaleo from a tracking platform into an agentic software for partner marketing. As the AI Product Manager you will own the AI layer that builds agents to optimise offers, flag fraud, generate reports and suggest actions for affiliate managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI roadmap, including AI campaigns, affiliate CRM agents, MCP and natural‑language interfaces.
• Ensure AI quality through evaluations, output‑quality metrics, guardrails and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Lead architecture discussions with engineering on model choice, retrieval, tool design and when plain logic beats a model.
• Conduct weekly calls with design partners and clients to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Measure outcomes such as adoption, retention and revenue impact of each AI feature.

Required profile

• Strong B2B SaaS product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership and proven adoption or revenue results.
• Hands‑on experience shipping AI/LLM features or agents to real users, including quality measurement and guardrails.
• Built AI components (agents, tool use or MCP) yourself and can demonstrate recent work.
• Fluent spoken English for customer calls and stakeholder communication.
