About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Research Scientist to join a leading technology organization on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on advancing frontier AI models, building scalable training and inference systems, and contributing to the global research community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research and development of next‑generation AI models with an emphasis on scalability and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and optimize large‑scale training and inference pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Evaluate emerging techniques against state‑of‑the‑art baselines and publish findings.
• Contribute to open‑source projects and the broader AI research ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
• Experience with large‑scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design novel algorithms for model training and inference.
