Air Ticketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Air Ticketing Specialist to support our travel operations in Nairobi. The role involves handling airline reservations, ticket issuance, changes, revalidation and refunds while delivering accurate and timely service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process flight inquiries, reservations, ticket issuance, changes, revalidation and refunds.
• Operate international ticketing systems such as Amadeus and Galileo efficiently.
• Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with the travel department to support overall travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate booking records and provide professional customer service.

Required profile

• Proficient in IATA systems with experience using Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
• Familiar with airline ticketing procedures and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Willing to follow company work arrangements.
