Amazon Account Associate – New York

About the role

The Amazon Account Associate will support cosnova USA’s North American team in New York by managing and growing the company’s strategic Amazon marketplace presence. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end catalog management, content optimization, promotional execution and performance analysis to drive sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales and performance trends, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
• Monitor account health, manage support tickets, and reconcile inventory.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and operations to maintain inventory availability and forecast accuracy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Amazon platform changes, policies and new programs.
• Create, maintain and optimize product listings, A+ content, brand store updates and backend catalog attributes.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve discoverability.
• Perform regular content audits and implement enhancements to increase conversion.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional calendars, deals, coupons and bundles.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
