AMO Supervisor – Production Operations Lead

About the role

The AMO Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring they align with business goals and client contracts. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role provides technical guidance, maintains quality standards, and adapts processes to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with business‑unit personnel to define operational tasks, schedule production activities, and resolve technical issues.
• Implement and monitor standardized production control processes while allowing flexibility for team adaptations.
• Supervise daily operations, assign tasks, track performance, and coach staff to ensure efficient workflow and high‑quality output.
• Manage client interactions within predefined contractual frameworks, exercising discretion to meet client expectations.
• Participate in production planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting; analyse data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising production or manufacturing teams.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and act as a liaison between production and business units.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Understanding of contract‑based client management and the flexibility to adapt within agreed limits.
